My kiosk wont play a class
The good ol turn off and on again trick.
Turn the kiosk off at the plug on the wall, wait a couple of seconds and then turn back on.

My airpods won't connect

AirPods 1, 2, or 3, or AirPods Pro (all models): With your AirPods in the charging case, open the lid, then press and hold the setup button on the back of the AirPods case for about 5 seconds, or until the status light flashes white.

AirPods 4 (both models): Open the case with your AirPods inside, hold it next to your device, then double-tap the front of the AirPods case so the status light flashes white.

AirPods Max: Press and hold the noise control button for about 5 seconds, or until the status light flashes white.
The class starts to play but won't load
Try turning the kiosk off and on at the plug by the wall. If it still won't play, try another kiosk. If that one isn't working it could be that the internet has gone down. We appreciate if you could alert us asap at hello@orapilates.com.au so we can get it rectified :)
My headphones aren't connecting
If you've tried the normal way to connect your headphones and it still isn't working, turn your headphones off and the bluetooth off. Wait a few seconds and turn both on and try again. If your headphones are connected to your phone, try disconnecting your phone so it isn't paired with another device.
We have also noticed that trying to connect your headphones BEFORE selecting a class can help. If the problem persists please let us know at hello@orapilates.com.au

Hold down the on/bluetooth button until WH-CH720N appears on the screen.

NO headphones are
connecting
If all else fails, ditch the headphones and let the screen talk to you. Change the volume so its not super loud. Contact hello@orapilates.com.au so we can help you get it sorted next time and enjoy your class :)
